S.M.A.R.T gOALS

In 3 weeks (T) , I will increase my count on the push-up test from 6 to 15 (A) by doing 10 push-ups and (S) for
3-5 days a week (M). I will also do 3 sets of 12 arm curls with 25-pound hand weights (R).
In 3 weeks (T) , I will decrease my heart rate on my step-up test from 180 to 160 or below and increasing my step-ups from 50 to 60(A), by doing 50 step-ups (S) for 3-5 days a week (M). I will also walk/jog for 60 minutes daily (R).
In 3 weeks (T), I wil increase my count on the curl-up test from 12 to 20 or more (A) by performing 15 curl-ups (S) for 2-4 nights a week

Rewards
- If I reach at least one of my goals I will allow myself to have a little more T.V. time during the week.
- If I reach at least two of my goals I will buy myself some clothes.
- If I reach all of my goals I will be more confident and in shape!
