On the October 2nd Fitness Test, I performed 8 pushups, 22 curl ups, and 60 step-ups, with a heart rate of 160 BPM. Compared to the September 10th Fitness Test, my number of steps increased from 58 to 60 and my heart rate decreased from 180 to 160, my curl up number increased from 15 to 22. However, my number of pushups did not change, but I was able to maintain 8 push up.
I have improved in comparison with the result from the prior fitness test, taken on September 10th. My increased ability to do better was due to the exercises that we performed in class as well as the exercises that I perform at home. Each day I try give my all and work hard to reach my full potential. I was placed in this class by mistake, but it actually turned out to be the start of a new me. The first day I walked in this class was the first day of the rest of my life.
